Family Outreach serves people with developmental disabilities and their families in western Montana.

We believe that all people have the right to participate in education, friendship, and community to achieve a full life. While we began our journey by helping families with young children, we have since expanded the scope of programs we offer to potentially cover an individual’s entire lifespan (depending on eligibility).

We provide wrap-around services for children and adults in their natural environments—where they feel most comfortable and safe. Our programs are voluntary, contingent upon caregiver or individual choice, and some State-supported services are free-of-charge. Family Outreach currently offers the following programs and services:

Programs designed to strengthen families through education, resource development, coordination of care, and individualized support plans.
